Will my S'Miles ever expire?Updated 2 years ago

Great question! If after 10 months you have not made any purchases on your account, we will notify you by email (with plenty of advance notice) that your S’Miles will indeed be set to expire (and provide you with that specific date).

At this point, you have four easy options.

1. Make a purchase and use your S'Miles! That is what they are there for after all. You have earned your S”Miles!  Use them!

We like to see you SMILE and if we can help you in anyway to use your S’Miles, please let your SmileConcierge® know at [email protected]. Their specific job is to help you however they possibly can.

2. If you intend to use your S'Miles in the not so distant future and just have not had the opportunity to do so, reach out to your personal SmileConcierge® and ask for your S'Mile expiration date to be extended.

We are more than pleased to accommodate this request for you. We can lengthen the expiration date by 60 days and are happy to do so for you if you just simply reach out. Your S’Miles will now be set to expire 60 days passed the original expiration date.

We hope this is helpful to you.  Be well and StaySm:)in'!

For example if your S'Miles were previously set to expire on July 1, they will now be set to expire on August 31. We hope this helps!

3. Do you know someone that could use your points? Reach out to your personal SmileConcierge® at [email protected]. They are happy to work with you to transfer the S’Miles to your friend or family member.

4. Do nothing and the S’Miles associated with your specific account will automatically expire. Your S’Miles will be considered forfeited.
