Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued via email.

We have gone to great lengths to optimize this entire process to get you your refund ASAP!!  

Please Note:  Once we have issued a refund, it is out of our control. Please check with your banking institution. We understand that this can be an annoying process and this is why we have specially trained our SmileConcierges® to serve you rapidly. We have seen refunds in as quick as 18 hours to as long as 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
